You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and processing your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. To exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Blazing Buddy products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with a description of the defect and photos if possible. We may request that you return the product for inspection.
